Duly Health and Care is a health care organization that aims to help people reach their health potential through a holistic care model. We create a state-of-the-art clinic to treat adults with Medicare.

Our vision was to reimagine a distinctive user-centered experience of health and care, creating opportunities for patients to flourish across the entire ecosystem. This included a compelling 18,000 sq ft clinical environment, personalized digital interactions, and building meaningful relationships between patients and clinicians.
