Enhancing IR’s abilities through better visualization and control | 2016
This project focused on Interventional Radiologists performing needle-based percutaneous procedures using CT as a primary imaging modality. Our purpose was to get a deep understanding of the IR workflow, develop a concept roadmap aligned to Canon’s cores strengths, and define the 1st MVP. We designed both a digital and physical solution to improve complex percutaneous ablation procedures with interoperative planning tools that are intuitive, flexible, and have minimal setup.
