Developing a multi-channel, next generation cafe | 2020

We envisioned an engaging digitally-integrated café experience to reignite customer and associate excitement for the brand. This next-generation cafe integrated a personalized digital platform, elevated cafe environment, and modular kitchen layout to create a holistic end-to-end customer experience. This was a holistic functional and aesthetic vision including engineering of customer front of house and associate back of house areas. Tying this all together was an integrated “order-to-production” technology to drive customization and a seamless experience across multiple ordering channels.
